1. Services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
2. To book a service, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required.
3. The remaining balance must be paid one day before the event starts. If payment is not completed, the reservation may be canceled without a refund.
4. Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance: The full deposit (100%) will be refunded.
5. Cancellations made less than 4 days in advance: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
6. If the cancellation is made by KL Partys or KL Amazing Shows, a full refund will be issued or the event will be rescheduled based on availability.
7. If the client wishes to change the event date, they may do so only with at least 10 days' notice, and the new date will be assigned based on availability.
8. Modifying or altering the appearance of the hired characters is not allowed.
9. The client must provide a safe and appropriate environment for the services to be performed.
10. If a character is at an event for more than one hour, the client must provide a resting area, as the character is entitled to a 5-minute break per hour.
11. KL Partys and KL Amazing Shows are not responsible for accidents or damages caused by factors beyond their control.
12. KL Partys and KL Amazing Shows are not responsible for delays or service failures due to force majeure (weather conditions, accidents, etc.).
13. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the event.
14. The content of this website is the property of KL Partys and KL Amazing Shows and is protected by copyright laws.
15. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the material is strictly prohibited without prior consent.
16. Clients' personal information will be used exclusively for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
17. KL Partys and KL Amazing Shows reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this website and will take effect immediately.
